Molly McQuade's essays, criticism, and poetry have been widely published in places such as the Yale Review, the Washington Post, the Village Voice, and the Paris Review. She has served as a member of the board of directors of the National Book Critics and is the author of the poetry collection Barbarism and the essay collection Stealing Glimpses. McQuade lives in Brooklyn, New York.
