February 29, 2008—Graywolf Press is delighted to announce that THE KITCHEN SINK: NEW AND SELECTED POEMS, 1972-2007 by Albert Goldbarth and OUT STEALING HORSES by Per Petterson have been named finalists for the 2007 Los Angeles Times Book Prizes in the poetry and fiction categories, respectively. The finalists in the nine categories were revealed last night at a ceremony at the National Arts Club in New York City. The 28th annual presentation of the prizes will take place on Friday, April 25th at the University of California-Los Angeles' Royce Hall.
